Digital Patient Services Apprentice – Front Desk & Systems

QA in Scotland is offering a vocational apprenticeship at Whitefriars Surgery (The Red Practice). You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping with appointments and signposting to services, while building system knowledge through the Digital Applications Support qualification.

Throughout the apprenticeship you will learn to use DOCMAN and EMIS/SystmOne/Vision, maintain records, and support the team in day-to-day operations.
