Continental is seeking a local Customer Service Advisor in the Plymouth area to respond to tyre-related breakdown requests, allocate jobs, chase progress and maintain data quality.
The role requires 6–8 weeks of office-based training at the Ivybridge office, after which it becomes hybrid; candidates must live within commuting distance of Plymouth and have the right to work in the UK. You’ll deliver a high level of customer service on every call and work as part of a team to meet targets.
