Salary: £35,000+ FTE (dependent on experience)

Part Time Immigration Solicitor Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of private UK immigration matters.
• Manage a range of private immigration cases, including spouse and partner visas, settlement and nationality applications.
• Prepare and review applications and supporting documents, ensuring all work meets current immigration requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 2-3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, with experience in private UK immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of immigration legislation and experience advising on complex private immigration matters.
• Excellent legal drafting and client advisory skills, with a professional, independent approach
