Tenancy Rights & Enforcement Officer (Hybrid)

Crawley Borough Council is seeking a Tenancy Relations Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract to protect tenants and promote lawful landlord practices in the borough. You will handle disputes, advise on tenancy law, and undertake enforcement actions as needed.

You will manage complex caseloads, conduct investigations, and collaborate with partners to prevent homelessness while delivering training and maintaining case records.
