Training & Competency Lead — Project Administration

Bilfinger is seeking a Training and Competency Coordinator to support project administration and contract deliverables. You will report to the Project Manager and assist with training management, QA checks and site onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
