Manufacturing HR Advisor – On-Site, 3-Month Contract

Focus Resourcing Limited’s client in Neath is seeking a HR Advisor on a temporary 3‑month contract to provide HR guidance and support to managers, covering grievance and disciplinary processes, performance and attendance issues, and policy updates.

The role is on-site; driving is preferable due to location. Candidates should have a degree (ideally CIPD progress) and HR experience in production/manufacturing, with strong analytical and communication skills.
