People Advisor: Drive People Strategy & Culture On Site

Warburtons in Banbury is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join on a fixed term/full-time basis, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, on-site at the Banbury Depot with travel to Eastwood. You will provide expert advice and coaching to site leaders, support the People Partner, and help shape a positive, high-performing culture from day one.
