RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Duration: Permanent

Start Date: 19-10-2026

Pay Rate: £30000.00 – £33000.00 Per Year – paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**

Job Roles

• Manufacturing bespoke and made-to-measure joinery products
• Measuring, cutting and preparing timber and other materials
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Assembling joinery components to a high standard
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Working accurately to measurements and specifications
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bench Joiner or Workshop Joiner
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
