Independent Living Outreach Specialist

Peabody is seeking a dedicated Outreach Support Worker to help vulnerable individuals live independently and sustain their tenancies across Chelmsford and Maldon in Essex. You will deliver person-centred, flexible support, visit clients at home, and work with partners to coordinate services that empower clients to thrive.

You’ll work in a community-based role, building relationships, supporting welfare benefits access, and providing crisis intervention when needed.
