You will have a genuine love of working with young children and a strong understanding of child development. As part of your role, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and team to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
You will be aware of and comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework. Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of the children in the nursery at all times is essential. In the absence of the Nursery Manager you will assume responsibility for the daily operation of the Nursery with agreed plans and budgets.
