Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Nurse for RUH@Home to deliver high-quality, home-based care. You will assess patients with acute and complex needs in their own homes, developing individualised care plans and applying evidence-based interventions.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will travel across Bath and surrounding areas, using your clinical skills to avoid hospital stays and support early discharges, seven days a week.
