Waking Night Support Worker: Safe Overnight Care

New Start is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker for our Adult Services division in Merseyside. You will provide practical and emotional support to residents during night hours, ensuring safety and wellbeing across the building.

We seek candidates with Waking Nights experience, an NVQ Level 2 or progress towards it, and strong skills in recording notes, risk assessment, and crisis support. This role offers 40.25 hours per week, with a 4-on-4-off pattern and benefits upon probation.
