Recovery & Wellbeing Specialist — Flexible Hours

The Forward Trust is seeking a Recovery Worker in Shropshire to deliver person-centred drug and alcohol recovery support. You will work with clients to develop personalised plans and access psychosocial interventions, in collaboration with healthcare professionals and partner agencies.

The role requires compassionate, non-judgemental communication, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.
