Waking Night Support Worker — Lone Shift Care

Dimensions is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker to support two adults in their home in Kinson (BH10). The role follows a two‑week rolling rota, averaging 35 hours per week with night shifts from 21:30 to 07:30.

You’ll work independently as the sole on‑shift staff, carrying out checks, providing personal care when needed, assisting with mobility, and recording information in our IT systems. The role comes with a paid uplift and a clear path for progression.
