Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Podiatrist (Band 7) for 7.5 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support the Leeds Neighbourhood Diabetes Pilot. You will deliver specialist diabetic foot care, risk stratification, wound management and neurovascular assessment across Beeston, Middleton & Hunslet PCN footprint.
You will work autonomously with MDT colleagues to improve patient outcomes, contribute to education and audit activities, and travel across Leeds
