Job Description:
Praxis Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Worker for the Portadown PBS service in Northern Ireland. This role supports individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities, using Positive Behaviour Support to improve daily living.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individual support plans and assist with personal care, meals, medication management and community activities, upholding dignity and respect.
