Job Description:
A Wellcome CDA-funded PhD studentship at Nuclear Inst will investigate how co-translational processes differ between synthetic and endogenous mRNAs, guiding mRNA therapeutic development.
You will use a reporter assay to quantify co-translational assembly, track RNA localisation with single-molecule live-cell imaging, and apply ribosome profiling to measure ribosome dynamics, within an ambitious collaborative team.
