Job Description:
The Belfast Health & Social Care Trust is seeking a Community Children’s Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse to lead and manage a paediatric community caseload. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for children with acute to chronic health needs.
You will provide clinical leadership to junior nurses, coordinate complex discharge planning, and work within a multidisciplinary team to promote safeguarding and high standards of community care.
