Reactive Community Nurse – Home Visit Care

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Reactive Emergency Assessment Community Team (REACT). The role involves delivering acute care in patients’ homes across East Suffolk and working with an integrated community service, OPAT and Virtual Ward pathways.

You will work in internal rotation, covering early, late, night shifts and weekends with a Health Care Assistant out of hours; driving licence is required, and business mileage may be claimed.
