1:1 SEN TA for Reception (Autism)

Flourish Education is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a First School in Redditch. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Reception child with Autism and non-verbal communication needs within the school’s SEN provision.

The role is full-time and long-term, supported by experienced SEN professionals. You will work closely with teachers to adapt activities, promote communication, and foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
