Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a Team Manager (Driver essential) to lead multiple support teams across Colchester, ensuring person-centred care and continuous service improvement. You’ll coach staff, review care plans, liaise with families and professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while promoting a compassionate, collaborative culture.

You’ll need a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), and be a driver with access to your own vehicle to travel between services.
