Job Description:
Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Manager with an HGV background to join a thriving firm, delivering full autonomy in a busy workshop and overseeing 25 employees. You will manage fleet issues, negotiate supplier deals, and provide financial reports to the directors while upholding high workshop standards.
The role covers supervision of over 100 HGVs, with HGV training available if required. Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30; 40 hours; overtime paid at 1.5x when offered.
