Property Claims Case Manager (Household & Commercial)

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Case Manager in their Property TPA division to deliver first-class customer service and pro-active claims management through to settlement. You will handle a mixed caseload including Household/HNW, Commercial Property and Real Estate claims, and produce full reports for insurers.

You will work with a national team of field Adjusters and liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties to drive settlements and service level
