GDS-Aligned Interaction Designer (Hybrid)

Capgemini is seeking an Interaction Designer to deliver user-centred designs for UK public-sector clients. The role is hybrid, blending Capgemini offices, client sites, and home work with a minimum of 2 days on-site.

You will translate user needs into interfaces, prototypes and artefacts while aligning with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, run workshops, produce user journeys and service maps, and contribute to Capgemini’s XD
