P2P Service Delivery Lead (12-Month Contract) – Hybrid

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a P2P Service Delivery Team Leader to direct purchase-to-pay activities, including purchase orders and invoice processing, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with SLAs. The role is hybrid, based at Clearwater Court, RG1 8DB, for a fixed-term/secondment spanning 10–12 months.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead performance against KPIs, and mentor the team to deliver accurate, timely transactions.
