Health & Wellbeing Strategist – Hybrid & Flexible

North Somerset Council is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Officer to join our Mental Wellbeing and Community Development Team within the Health Improvement Service. The role focuses on coordinating the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2025–2028 and supporting the Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2024–2029.

You will drive progress, oversee governance and grant initiatives, and work with partners to improve mental health outcomes and reduce health inequalities across the community.
