Litigation & Fraud File Handler – NDA (Bolton)

Davies is seeking an experienced Litigated File Handler to join its Legal department in Bolton. You will manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files, collaborate with senior lawyers and insurers, and drive cases to resolution within defined timeframes.

The role requires strong civil litigation knowledge, client care, and meticulous case management. 35-hour week, with a focus on commercial results and accuracy.
