Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor in Bristol for a well‑established firm. You will handle Property & Affairs Deputyship work, support vulnerable clients, and develop expertise across deputyship, trusts, and potential contentious matters.
You will join a team of experienced lawyers, providing litigation support and supervising junior colleagues. A qualifying Solicitor or FCILEx with 1–5 years’ PQE is preferred.
