Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a Bristol-based team handling complex Property and Affairs Deputyship matters. You will work with vulnerable clients and their families while developing expertise across deputyship, trusts, and potential contentious matters.

The ideal candidate has Court of Protection experience, 1–5 years’ PQE, and a proactive, organized approach in a busy practice. Hybrid working options are available in this established firm.
