Hybrid Paralegal Banking for Global Transactions

Simmons & Simmons in Bristol is seeking a Paralegal to support our Banking team on complex cross-border transactions. You will assist with drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documents, and help manage closing processes while researching key points of law.

The role requires a law degree with a 1st or 2:1 and at least 12 months of paralegal experience. Excellent IT skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A hybrid model with three in-office days is available.
