Senior Social Worker & AMHP – Out-of-Hours EDT (Hybrid)

St Helens Council seeks experienced Social Workers to join the Emergency Duty Team in an out-of-hours capacity. The role focuses on safeguarding children and adults, including AMHP responsibilities and Mental Health Act assessments, with a strong emphasis on professional autonomy.

The EDT operates from Widnes with regular travel across the St Helens & Halton area. Flexible arrangements across home and office settings are in place to meet service needs.
