Senior SEND & Inclusion Leader (SENCo)

Cowes Enterprise College, An Ormiston Academy is seeking a dedicated SENCo to lead inclusion and SEND, ensuring every student with additional needs is known, understood and supported to flourish within a high-challenge, inclusive environment.

You will coordinate provision, guide staff on graduated approaches, and act as a trusted contact for families, the LA and external agencies, working closely with the Academy’s leadership and Trust to raise achievement for all students.
