Speak Up Champion: Patient Safety & Culture Advocate

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is seeking a Freedom to Speak up Guardian to be a visible advocate for protecting patient safety and the quality of care. The role focuses on improving colleagues’ ability to speak up by providing support and removing barriers, promoting a positive speaking up culture.

You will work with a small Guardian team, have access to Executive Directors and the Chief Executive, and may need to provide updates to the Trust Board.
