Ward Manager – Medical Ward Leader (12‑Month FTC)

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Ward Manager (Band 7) to lead the general medical ward on Stanhoe Ward. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, manage staff and resources, and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role is 12 months maternity cover with full-time hours and occasional weekend shifts. Applicants should bring extensive clinical and managerial experience, with a focus on safety, governance and evidence‑based practice.
