Associate Consultant – Pensions

Overview

In this role you will provide end-to-end support for Employee Benefits Consultants across DC Pensions, Group Risk and Group Health-care. You will work within a close-knit client servicing team on a mix of reporting, insurer liaison, research, meetings and handling client requests. The position offers scope for progression within a growing firm known for depth of advice and first-class outcomes. You will contribute to a collaborative culture while benefiting from the stability of an established business.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Employee Benefits Consultants
• Liaise with insurers and manage relationships
• Research and prepare information for meetings
• Draft and produce reports for clients
• Handle and prioritise client requests
• Engage in meetings and follow-up actions
• Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused EB division
