You will work within a high-performing finance team, advising lenders, sponsors, funds and borrowers on cross-border matters and coordinating complex transaction work. Responsibilities

• Advise on fund finance and leveraged finance transactions
• Act for lenders, sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers
• Work across domestic and cross-border financing matters
• Draft, review and negotiate finance documents
• Manage transactions and coordinate with clients, counterparties and counsel
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on high-value mandates
• Assume responsibility for transactions appropriate to PQE and experience

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE as a solicitor
• Experience in fund finance and/or leveraged finance
• Qualified with a strong City, international or US law firm
• Experience handling sophisticated financing transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Available for a temporary opportunity
