In this role you will manage a personal caseload handling high net worth, privately funded family matters in a supportive Leicester firm. You will contribute to a culture that prioritises wellbeing and staff engagement while working within a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of high net worth family matters
• Handle divorce and separation, finances, and Children matters
• Deliver tailored legal advice and advocacy for clients
• Collaborate with the broader family team to ensure seamless service
• Maintain compliance and high professional standards
• Support business development and client relationships as appropriate

Key requirements

• 2-4+ years’ PQE in family law
• Qualified solicitor
• Experience handling privately funded matters
• Knowledge of divorce, finances and Children matters
