Overview

Join our Senior Leadership Team in Children’s Services to drive high-quality social work practice and transformational leadership. You will translate excellent practice into system-wide improvements, shaping services and delivering the shared vision to improve life chances for children and young people. You’ll work with supportive colleagues across the town to provide meaningful, cross-functional leadership and meaningful change. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, elevate outcomes for vulnerable groups, and guide services through an ambitious transformation.
