As Property & Agricultural Solicitor, you will manage a diverse rural property caseload and advise on farm and estate projects, including renewables. You join a well-regarded Private Property & Agricultural team across Bristol and Taunton, collaborating with senior practitioners. The role offers exposure to high-value assets, complex matters, and opportunities for long-term career development in a supportive, expanding firm. You will help sustain strong client relationships while delivering practical legal solutions that support estates, farming families, and lenders. Responsibilities

• Managing an independent caseload of country property and agricultural transactions, including high-value rural assets
• Advising on complex farm, estate and diversification projects, including renewable energy and environmental matters
• Undertaking agricultural and commercial landlord and tenant work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating with colleagues across related disciplines
• Developing specialist expertise and contributing to high-profile matters within a supportive team

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in Property matters
