Overview

In this role you will guide AWS customers in travel and hospitality through cloud, AI, and data analytics journeys. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping architectures, delivering demos and workshops, and aligning technical solutions with business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform roadmaps, share customer insights, and create scalable best practices. Responsibilities

• Accelerate complex customer projects and align solutions with long-term business objectives
• Build relationships with C-suite and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Voice of the customer to inform AWS feature roadmaps
• Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures
• Evangelise and educate about AWS technology through workshops, meetups, and public speaking
• Develop depth in technical domains relevant to customer outcomes and interests
• Prepare for customer meetings, assess goals, and propose strategic solutions
• Lead workshops, design custom architectures with internal teams, and publish best practices

Key requirements

• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience in IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries
• Experience in specific technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Ability to define and communicate Generative AI strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Generative AI ecosystem: prompt engineering, agentic AI frameworks, vector databases, governance and bias mitigation
