Overview

Join a nationally recognised construction team handling high-value UK infrastructure and healthcare projects. You will advise on and negotiate construction contracts across sectors, supporting major programmes from hospitals to regeneration. You’ll work closely with public bodies, authorities, NHS Trusts and universities, developing as a specialist in non-contentious construction. Responsibilities

• Advising on and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements)
• Supporting major programmes (hospitals, social housing, schools, regeneration)
• Collaborating with clients including government bodies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and developers

Key requirements

• 1-4 years’ PQE
• strong drafting skills
• commercial awareness
• interest in becoming a specialist in non-contentious construction
• experience coordinating with other disciplines (advantageous)
