Senior .NET Developer

Overview

Barings seeks an experienced Senior .NET Developer to build, enhance and support enterprise applications. You will work with C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and Power BI, and contribute to AI-driven solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and delivering insights, with SaaS application support across the tech stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, production-ready solutions that support investment technology objectives. This is a chance to influence critical systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) applications
• Build and support APIs and integrations across internal and third-party systems
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across the full SDLC
• SQL querying and data troubleshooting to support production issues
• Analyze data discrepancies and optimize queries and stored procedures
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making
• Provide L2/L3 SaaS and enterprise application support
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions and identify opportunities to embed AI features

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core
• SQL querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis
• Power BI dashboarding, reporting, and data modelling
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and integrations
• Proven ability to work on production support and issue resolution
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise system design
• Experience working in Agile environments
