Senior Civil Litigation Partner – Essex Growth Leader

eNL is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor (Partner) in Essex for a full-time role; 8+ years PQE preferred. You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, delivering commercially sound advice while developing fee-earning targets and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will help shape a growing department, work with the Head of Department on expansion plans, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.
