Senior Planned Works Lead — Small Projects & Maintenance

Bromley Council is seeking a Senior Planned Works Manager to join our Strategic Property Department, providing technical and managerial oversight within our Planned Maintenance team. The role delivers small building projects across the council’s portfolio of properties and assets.

You’ll be involved from inception to completion of the council’s planned maintenance programme, including surveys, feasibility studies, designs, specifications and works.
