Cape Clarke is recruiting a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Sheffield for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will handle defence of medical treatment claims, review records and advise on liability and quantum.

Open to NQ–3 PQE with relevant healthcare litigation experience, strong drafting and client communication skills. Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience; precise client mix and office attendance can be discussed.
