Strategic Curriculum Director, SEND & Inclusion

Yorkshire Rose College in Doncaster is seeking a dynamic Curriculum Director to lead a strategic, inclusive SEND-focused curriculum for Deaf and other learners with additional needs. You will work with SLT to shape policy, monitor quality and ensure outstanding outcomes across FE post-16 provision.

The role requires strong leadership, Ofsted knowledge, and a track record in curriculum development, safeguarding and progression planning, within an inclusive college setting.
