Senior Hospital M&E Lifecycle Manager

300 North Consulting is recruiting a Technical Lifecycle Manager to join the on-site Technical Operations team at a major NHS hospital estate in Manchester. The role provides technical ownership for lifecycle management of mechanical/electrical assets within a 24/7 hospital environment.

You will audit maintenance regimes, guide lifecycle replacement programs, and ensure compliance with HTMs/HBNs while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
