Chief Finance Leader – Charity (Hybrid UK)

YMCA England & Wales is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance function from London, with hybrid working arrangements (1–2 days in the office). The role reports to the Director of Resources and leads a finance team of around nine, including payroll, supporting a federation of charities.
