An international law firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate with 1-3 years’ PQE to join its established London team.
The firm has a strong international finance practice, advising leading financial institutions, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-value, sophisticated transactions alongside experienced partners and associates, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and a wide range of financing structures.
The Role
The successful candidate will advise on a variety of banking and finance matters, which may include:
- Leveraged and acquisition finance.
- Corporate lending and general banking transactions.
- Real estate finance, including financing for commercial and alternative real estate assets.
- Fund finance and asset-based lending.
- Structured finance and securitisation.
- Refinancings, financial restructurings and other complex financing arrangements.
- Cross-border transactions involving financial institutions, investment funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales
- Have 1-3 years PQE gained in a leading banking & Finance practice.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
