Lead Data Scientist & Team Lead – ML Solutions

Hastings Direct is recruiting a Lead Data Scientist to shape and deliver advanced Data Science solutions across the business. You will lead a team of Data Scientists from exploration to deployment, working with stakeholders to translate data insights into practical outcomes across insurance lifecycles.

In this hybrid role, you will shape strategy, drive modelling with ML techniques, and ensure robust governance and monitoring while collaborating with Data Engineering and Technology teams.
